Cerrado de Minas is in the northwest of Minas Gerais state, an expansive plateau where topography is flat to slightly wavy. The mix of well-defined seasons and abundant sunlight throughout the year, make this a rich growing region. Brazil Salmo Plus 2024 combines coffees from 12 small producers in the region.
