The family owned Mapache Estate brings together crops from three farms in the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range. The group shares sustainablity practices such as growing coffee under shade canopy and a modern milling facility that minimizes water use in washing process. Picking is done by hand to ensure cherry ripeness.
