Nicaragua Pacamara Apple

Comprised entirely of the pacamara variety, this distinctive microlot was the result of a collaborative effort from several producers in the Las Nubes community, high in the mountains of Nicaragua along the border of Matagalpa and Jinotega. This coffee beautifully balances sweet and malic taste that resembles a crisp red apple.
